1. Advantage --The chain guide is a static pressure guide, used to support and guide the chain, reduce chain friction, reduce noise, and enhance the service life of the chain .
2. Material progress --The traditional chain guide is made of steel. The main disadvantage is that the chain link plates and rollers on the sprocket cause severe wear. In order to reduce friction, continuous lubrication is required.
3. Main processing technoligy -- Normall two ways : CNC machining and extrusion . They both have the advantages of low cost, and the machining has the advantages of high precision, more wear resistance, more flexible dimensions, etc., and can be quickly adjusted in size according to different needs, and can be produced in small batches.
